This project was a team building exercise that was partaken at the start of first year. We had to work in a team of 14 to create a shelter for a young careers programme based at Wiston Lodge. The design that we had to build was designed by another peer group and we had to work together to design, make and build the structure. The project was made in the Strathclyde workshop in pieces then assembled on site at Wiston Lodge. The assembly of the structure itself took only a day on site with minimal problems.
